Serve as a strategic business partner for Southeast Asia and India MCO GBUs and functions, providing proactive EBI compliance support and risk management.

Minimum Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal or Life Science.
10-15 years of experience in compliance, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare multinational companies (experience from other sectors/functions also considered).
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, healthcare business ethical standards, risk management, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
Fluency in English; location based in Mumbai, India (work location explicitly mentioned).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced compliance professional with proven ability to advise on business strategies ensuring thoughtful risk-taking and ethical decision-making at MCO/GBU level.
Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, complex stakeholder management, change management, and influencing cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
