Lead investigation and resolution of production incidents, application failures, and service degradation impacting supply chain and planning technology platforms.
Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and cloud-native tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
Build and maintain observability tooling including dashboards, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, and drive AI-enabled operations like anomaly detection and self-healing workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Enterprise Application Support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with enterprise applications on Azure cloud platforms and strong automation skills in Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL.
Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Infrastructure as Code; exposure to AIOps, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric or related tech.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting and improving reliability of enterprise supply chain and planning tech platforms in Azure cloud environments.
Technically proficient in automation and observability tooling with a track record of driving operational improvements and AI-enabled operations.
Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, cloud, security, and external teams to deliver operational excellence.
