Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with PingFederate, Ping MFA, and Ping Directory.
Strong expertise in SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), MFA concepts, certificate lifecycle management, and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.g., PowerShell, Java, C#) for automation and integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing IAM services in global IT environments with stakeholder and vendor management responsibilities.
Technical thought leader capable of resolving high-severity incidents and driving continuous service improvements.
Familiar with ITIL practices, Agile/DevSecOps methodologies, and comfortable working under pressure with multiple priorities.
