About This Role
- Lead the strategic operation and maintenance of the regional digital building portfolio focusing on integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT into a centralized cloud platform.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital assets including hardware deployment, cybersecurity compliance, and data-driven performance optimization.
- Oversee system integration, vendor/project management, and technical support to ensure operational efficiency, energy performance, and uptime of critical equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience focused on smart building technologies, BMS integration, or facility IT operations.
- Strong technical expertise with BOS technology stacks (e.g., Clearblade, UDMI), BMS, HVAC, Lighting systems, and networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX.
- On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in smart building digital ecosystems including IoT device integration and cloud communication platforms.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to enable operational insights and decision-making.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance in Operational Technology environments.
