Lead the strategic operation and maintenance of the regional digital building portfolio focusing on integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT into a centralized cloud platform.
Manage the full lifecycle of digital assets including hardware deployment, cybersecurity compliance, and data-driven performance optimization.
Oversee system integration, vendor/project management, and technical support to ensure operational efficiency, energy performance, and uptime of critical equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years professional experience focused on smart building technologies, BMS integration, or facility IT operations.
Strong technical expertise with BOS technology stacks (e.g., Clearblade, UDMI), BMS, HVAC, Lighting systems, and networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX.
On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in smart building digital ecosystems including IoT device integration and cloud communication platforms.
Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to enable operational insights and decision-making.
Skilled in managing cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance in Operational Technology environments.
