Data Analyst-Reporting and Automation

Develop and implement automated analytical and reporting solutions to support Banking Operations & Analytics within COO.

Generate and maintain data-driven reports and interactive dashboards to provide real-time business insights and monitor KPIs.

Identify process inefficiencies and lead data-driven process optimizations leveraging scripting and automation tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, PySpark, Tableau, and Power BI.

5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation or Data/Information Management roles with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau or similar tools.

Bachelor's degree in STEM field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience with banking operations data (e.g., expense analytics, cash flow, fraud analytics) and knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years

Experienced in delivering scalable analytics frameworks including data strategy, process optimization, and AI/Gen AI solution development in financial services.

Strong technical expertise in scripting for automation and developing reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.

Able to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations and collaborate across technology and business teams.
