Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years or Master's degree with 2+ years experience in data analytics.
Experience in financial services industry focusing on sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing, client experience, cross-sell, and retention.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Hive, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with diverse data types including structured, unstructured, and text data, applying NLP techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple sources including big data environments.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on capability in building predictive models and leveraging NLP for business insights.
Able to deliver actionable insights that optimize business functions like pricing, client engagement, and sales within a financial services context.
