About This Role

Lead end-to-end Oracle or SAP ERP implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to deliver outcomes within cost and schedule baselines.

Drive stakeholder communication, change management, system integration, testing, and adoption to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in IT project management with significant exposure to ERP implementations.

Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle or SAP ERP projects.

Work Model: Hybrid (onsite at designated Regal Rexnord location with remote flexibility).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in managing large-scale ERP transformations with strong cross-functional collaboration and governance skills.

Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and organizational change management within ERP projects.

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments, and proficient in using project portfolio management tools like Adobe Workfront or Microsoft Projects.
