Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
At least 2 years of experience or equivalent exposure to AI and generative AI technologies.
Hybrid work model with requirement to spend at least eight days per month onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader with strong expertise in DevSecOps, platform engineering, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and SRE monitoring and incident management practices.
Comfortable operating in large-scale enterprise environments requiring integration of emerging technologies like generative AI and managing compliance and security standards.
