Coordinate and track circuit order lifecycle milestones, troubleshooting connectivity issues and escalating outages or performance problems.
Maintain accurate circuit records and communicate status updates, risks, and resolution progress to stakeholders while adhering to SLAs and operational procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Hands-on experience in network operations or engineering supporting enterprise networks.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, VLANs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN appliances.
Experience troubleshooting WAN and internet connectivity issues including latency, packet loss, jitter, and bandwidth.
Work Experience Required: Experience in telecom, ISP, carrier, or network operations; Ability to support U.S. business hours and on-call rotations.

Experienced in coordinating with ISPs, carriers, vendors, and internal teams on service orders and incident resolution.
Skilled in monitoring, escalation, and maintaining accurate network circuit inventory and documentation.
Operates effectively under defined SLAs, change controls, and client communication protocols to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
