Lead and support Order to Cash (OTC) cycle activities including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules in ECC and S4HANA environments to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional solutions and ensure cross-module integration, especially with MM, FI, and LE modules.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA implementations or support, specifically in SAP SD module.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (e.g., BTech, MBA, MCA).
Strong configuration skills in order types, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, and credit management within SAP SD.
Mandatory skill: SAP MM module experience. SAP SD or S4HANA certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced consultant skilled in SAP SD configuration and customization within ECC and S4HANA environments with knowledge of cross-module integration (MM, FI, LE).
Capable of managing end-to-end Order to Cash cycle processes technically and functionally, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Able to prepare functional specifications and communicate requirements clearly to technical teams, demonstrating strong stakeholder management abilities.
