Own and lead the data governance framework for the Finance domain at Kenvue, including establishing policies, standards, and governance activities for Finance master data such as Accounts, Legal Entities, Trading Partners, and related hierarchies.
Manage and maintain global data standards, documentation (Data Standards, Data Dictionary, Work/Process Flows, DTPs, WIs), and oversee the execution of master data maintenance across systems and tools.
Drive intake processes, governance forums, data quality checks, defect resolution, tool enhancements/testing, stakeholder collaboration, and training for data owners to ensure trustworthy master data and seamless data management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is mandatory.
3 to 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, SAP, or master data/governance functions required.
Proficiency in Office 360, SharePoint, intermediate to advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI is required.
Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management skills are required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Finance data governance with familiarity of master data management concepts and finance COA/Accounts structures.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment managing complex data models and collaborating globally.
Skilled in managing and improving data workflows/tools (e.g., MDG, PowerApps, SharePoint) and driving adherence to data quality and governance frameworks.
