Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or related field.
1-2 years relevant experience in Stores, Inventory, Materials Management, or Procurement, preferably in hospitality.
Good knowledge of inventory management including stock control, receiving/issuing/storage procedures, and expiry management (FIFO/FEFO).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience as above.
