Review and analyze complex credit information for loans involving various companies and industries.
Support the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team in the credit approval process including credit investigations and process review.
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced individuals and ensure compliance with loan documentation policies for moderately complex loans.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of financial analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing roles such as Processor, DSO, or QC as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in credit risk analysis with solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and industry analysis relevant to commercial banking loans.
Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to act as a mentor or coach, supporting team productivity, and adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
