Senior Manager I- Controllership R2R Ops

Lead and oversee R2R accruals and transactional accounting activities in BMS Hyderabad CoE ensuring timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closure.

Manage reserves calculation and reclassification for bad debt, inventory obsolescence, and compensation including foreign currency revaluation and translation.

Drive team leadership, risk management, internal customer satisfaction, audit management, and ad-hoc projects aligned with R2R leadership priorities.

7-9 years of total work experience with 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles.

Location: Hyderabad, India with approximately 50% in-person attendance required.

Deep expertise in record-to-report accounting processes.

Experience managing accounting teams and month-end close activities.

Experienced leader in R2R finance operations with strong capability to act as both a hands-on player and team coach.

Proven ability to manage accounting risk and compliance through active oversight of financial reserves, audits, and close processes.

Comfortable operating in a collaborative environment interfacing with multiple stakeholders including local markets and third-party providers.
