Own and ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of Finance systems using Microsoft SQL Server and .NET technologies.
Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and ETL pipelines to support Finance reporting, month-end close, and process automation.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders on AI-driven automation initiatives and maintain integrations with ERP, billing, and AI services to improve Finance operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of experience in production software development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core/Workers/Functions).
Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills including data modeling, T-SQL, indexing, query tuning, and performance troubleshooting.
Experience with ETL/integration tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory), RESTful API development with authentication/authorization, Git/GitHub CI/CD practices, and familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Cognitive Services).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical subject matter expert in .NET and database engineering within Finance contexts, capable of independent medium-complexity solution delivery and incident escalation.
Experience applying AI/LLM tools (e.g., prompt engineering, agentic workflows) to automate and optimize business processes in Finance operations.
Effective at translating Finance stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and system compliance.
