Plan and execute testing of software changes for high performance and business requirements compliance in Core Payments systems involving Authorization, Clearing, and Debit functionalities.
Automate regression test suites, redundant tasks, and test data generation using BDD frameworks, Selenium, and AI tools.
Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams across locations to ensure successful project delivery and report project metrics to management.
Minimum Requirements
2-6 years of IT industry experience with hands-on expertise in Batch and Online Testing on Mainframe preferred.
Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, PROC, Microfocus COBOL, TWS Scheduler, DB2 LUW and Payment domain knowledge.
Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD); strong automation skills including BDD frameworks and Selenium.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full software development lifecycle with emphasis on testing methodologies including Agile.
Technical Subject Matter Expert capable of guiding junior team members and driving quality initiatives.
Effective communicator able to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors in a global, multi-location environment.
