Process and monitor domestic and international payments including SWIFT (MT103/MT202), FED, FX, RTGS, NEFT, and wire transfers.
Review and validate payment instructions, vendor invoices, bank details, and support subscription, redemption, and cash settlement activities.
Investigate payment queries, manage payment mailboxes, coordinate with global teams, and ensure timely daily payment processing with escalation as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Proficient knowledge of SWIFT payments (MT103/MT202), FED payments, FX transactions, and global payment identifiers (IBAN, BIC, ABA, Sort Code, BSB).
Experience handling manual payments, wire transfers, treasury, banking, or transfer agency operations.
Qualification: B.Com, MBA, or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: 2-9 years in Payments, Banking, Treasury, or Transfer Agency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in fast-paced, global payment processing with cross-jurisdictional coordination.
Strong analytical skills with client management and communication experience.
Familiarity with Hedge Funds and Private Equity is a plus but not mandatory.
