Define and manage the roadmap, strategy, and governance of enterprise platform services including Observability, PKI, Container Platforms, Infrastructure Automation, and Developer Platforms.
Drive adoption and customer success of platform services by establishing feedback loops, measuring adoption and satisfaction, and promoting self-service capabilities.
Lead cross-functional programs ensuring platform services meet standards for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance while coordinating among Architecture, Security, Cloud, and Development teams.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Technical Platform Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.
3+ years experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, developer platforms, DevOps, or SRE functions.
Technical skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Observability tools, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security (IAM, RBAC, encryption).
Hybrid work model with minimum of two days a week onsite attendance at TransUnion office.
