Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams from strategic planning through execution, incorporating AI, Machine Learning, and mobile technology into design solutions.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of enterprise product design experience, including at least 8 years in visual and interaction design and 5 years in Experience Design or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years managing design teams.
Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop or similar design tools; ability for rapid prototyping using Axure, Keynote, Framer, or Principle.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in product design as per JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI into design workflows or product UX, reflecting strategic product innovation capabilities.
Proven ability managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary design teams in agile and fast-paced environments.
Expertise in enterprise product domains such as IT Security, IT Operations, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Finance & Legal.
