Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server, and service-oriented architecture (SOAP/REST).
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, .NET frameworks like Razor and MEF, and Visual Studio.
Experience working within a Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe Agile).
Work Experience Required: 12+ years in relevant technologies and domain.

Demonstrated ability to lead and build strong technical teams in .NET technology and manage client expectations effectively.
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying insurance solutions, with knowledge of P&C insurance domain.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills suited for a senior technical leadership role.
