Software Engineering Lead - Python - AI

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and distributed systems using Python and cloud-native technologies.

Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and sustainable production support.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

4+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend systems and distributed computing architectures.

3+ years of hands-on Python development building scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and monitoring.

Experienced in designing and operating highly available, fault-tolerant distributed microservices with cloud-native architecture, preferably on Azure.

Proficient in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions in Agile environments, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities including mentoring engineers and driving adoption of best practices across large, complex enterprise or regulated industry environments.
