Java Software Engineer - Connectors - Remote

Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant connector integrations and adapters for a multi-tenant SaaS platform running 24x7x365.

Architect and build distributed microservices using cloud-native design patterns ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability in production.

Own technical decisions for subsystems, contribute to architectural reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve platform reliability and developer experience.

7+ years experience designing and building large-scale, distributed backend systems.

5+ years experience working with multi-tenant SaaS architectures in production.

Expert-level Java (Java 8+) skills including concurrency, performance tuning, and Java ecosystem frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Work Experience Required: 7+ years primarily in backend distributed systems and SaaS platforms.

Engineer experienced in complex distributed SaaS systems with deep expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Proven track record in driving system design decisions and mentoring engineering teams on best practices and scalable architecture.

Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment with strong communication and accountability for operational health of services.
