Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications including Power BI, Teams, and Outlook.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of software development experience focusing on Microsoft AI, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant software development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience building AI strategies and scalable AI technical solutions in a client-facing or consultancy environment.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrations and AI technologies, including prompt engineering and machine learning lifecycle.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions aligned with client goals, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
