Build and coach the India-based Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, including hiring and capability development.

Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and monitoring platforms.
Experience supporting retail, supply chain, planning, allocation, forecasting, ERP, or other business-critical enterprise platforms.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years. Location: Bengaluru, India (onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead operational excellence and incident management for enterprise business-critical platforms in retail or supply chain contexts.
Experience building and coaching SRE teams with a focus on scalability and operational readiness.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, product, cloud, vendor, and enterprise architecture teams to manage releases, risks, and platform priorities.
