Senior Product Manager, Applied AI

Own end-to-end customer deployments of applied AI solutions, from discovery and product scoping through delivery, adoption, and value realization.

Serve as product owner for customer engagements, accountable for defining problem scope, success criteria, deployment roadmaps, and business value delivered.

Drive identification of repeatable product opportunities from customer engagements and support scaling by defining product, operating models, playbooks, and decision frameworks.

8+ years of experience in B2B product management, enterprise software, technical consulting, or related roles with product/customer ownership.

Strong technical fluency in enterprise software architecture, data, APIs, cloud, security, privacy, and software delivery.

Experience with AI- and LLM-enabled products, including deployment considerations in enterprise workflows.

Experience working directly with senior business leaders, technical stakeholders, and managing complex program delivery.

Experienced in managing technically complex enterprise products/platforms from discovery through adoption, with strong product judgment.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing cross-functional global teams without formal authority.

Familiarity with AI, LLM, responsible-AI practices, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted or low-code prototyping tools.
