Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in software QA, test automation, or related area.
Experience with at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Gosu.
Familiarity using test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA; understanding of Agile sprint delivery environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience in automation QA activities including regression testing, defect management, and sprint collaboration.
Comfortable working on Guidewire platform projects or similar insurance-domain applications within a professional services environment.
Able to support and improve test automation frameworks, maintaining reusable components and delivering quality metrics in a distributed APAC/global team setting.
