Own and manage the project portfolio to align business requirements with delivered technology solutions in Business Planning.
Analyze, configure, and support SAP IBP, SCM, ePPDS and related business processes; contribute to design and implementation of system functionalities.
Lead process improvement initiatives, provide second-level user support, and maintain stakeholder alignment and governance across functions.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience with SAP IBP, SCM, ePPDS and integrated business planning processes including ATP, Demand, Supply, and Production Planning.
Strong understanding of S/4HANA integration with supply chain and planning processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant SAP planning and supply chain roles. Location: Chennai, India.

Experienced in leading end-to-end SAP planning project implementations and business transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage project portfolio and lifecycle in global/matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive results.
