Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in networking, telecommunications, or software engineering with 5+ years in technical team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
Strong expertise in networking technologies including IP/MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, routing protocols, network automation (Python, APIs), containerization and Kubernetes.
Role is onsite with expectation to work primarily from an HPE office in India.

Experienced leader skilled at managing complex engineering initiatives and cross-functional programs in global organizations.
Deep domain expertise in networking technologies with hands-on knowledge of customer deployment models and competitive platforms (Cisco, Arista, Nokia).
Operates with strong stakeholder management and business communication skills to translate technical priorities into business outcomes.
