Design and implement scalable database schemas and data ingest strategies for a growing product portfolio and customer base.
Lead root cause analysis during major incidents and architect backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator with deep expertise in PostgreSQL (both cloud and on-premises).
Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize complex database queries and code.
Strong experience with cloud database solutions and infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad requiring onsite presence at least 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling high-urgency production incidents and comfortable with on-call rotations maintaining composure under pressure.
Skilled in database engine tuning, partitioning strategies, and physical schema design from logical models in cloud-native environments.
Familiarity with SaaS products, especially in regulated environments, and understanding of security and privacy compliance frameworks is a plus.
