Minimum Requirements
4 to 10 years of relevant work experience in lending lifecycle, credit risk management, underwriting, or product management.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Core Banking Systems (CBS).
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the BFSI sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise across lending lifecycle stages including origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
Experience with credit policy frameworks, credit scoring models, and automation of credit decisioning processes.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving technology teams, business stakeholders, and financial institutions.
