Senior Manager - Finance Analytics

Manage a diverse team supporting large, complex global business units or finance functions, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development.

Lead complex financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring adherence to accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) and company policies.

Consult with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive process improvements and policy developments globally.

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.

10+ years experience in a finance function with typically 2+ years in supervisory or project leadership roles.

Onsite work required primarily from an HPE office.

Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business controls compliance.

Experienced leader managing medium to large teams across multiple countries within global finance organizations.

Strategic and operationally focused with ability to influence senior management decisions on long-term planning and capital strategies.

Skilled in navigating complex corporate structures, managing vendor relations, and leading cross-functional finance programs globally.
