Manage and maintain Configuration Items (CIs) within the ServiceNow CMDB including onboarding, updates, relationship mapping, and retirement.
Ensure accuracy of CMDB data through reconciliation, data quality checks, and support CMDB governance, discovery, and service mapping processes.
Generate CMDB reports, assist with audits and compliance reviews, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and IT Operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
5-12 years of experience in CMDB or Configuration Management operations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM-HAM.
Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, CMDB data models, reconciliation, reporting, and data quality management.
Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional with a focus on CMDB data integrity and operational governance.
Proficient in using ServiceNow tools to manage complex Configuration Management tasks.
Capable of collaborating across technical teams and handling compliance/audit-related responsibilities effectively.
