Director, Technology Delivery and Operations

Lead end-to-end technology delivery and operations for an assigned portfolio within MassMutual Global Capability Center, ensuring strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Manage a large multidisciplinary team of approximately 300 employees including senior managers and managers, overseeing production operations, platform stability, risk management, and stakeholder outcomes.

Drive technology modernization, governance, workforce planning, and cost optimization while partnering with global business and technology leaders.

20+ years of progressive technology experience with at least 15 years in Technology Delivery, Operations, or Program Management.

Proven leadership experience managing large, complex, and geographically distributed technology teams and portfolios.

Strong knowledge of BFSI domain including Finance and Investment Management with understanding of security, regulatory, risk, and audit requirements.

Work Experience Required: 20+ years in relevant technology and leadership roles.

Experienced leader with a strategic mindset capable of translating business priorities into executable technology roadmaps and driving organizational change.

Demonstrated ability to manage large teams globally, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver complex, large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.

Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, cloud adoption, DevOps, CI/CD, risk management, and operational resilience in the BFSI sector.
