Manager, Security Engineering

Lead and build the Security Engineering function owning the entire security tool estate from design through operation including endpoint, network detection, data protection, privileged access, and cloud/security posture.

Operate, mature, and prove security control coverage and effectiveness across platforms; collaborate with IT Engineering to define and validate control implementations.

Manage team scaling across India and US time zones; own automation, documentation, vendor relationships, and support for audits and incident investigations.

6+ years in security engineering including 2+ years building or substantially rebuilding security platform estates.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

At least one certification from CISSP, CISA, CCSK, OSCP.

Experience with deployment and operation of endpoint detection, network detection, SIEM, data loss prevention, cloud security at enterprise scale; strong Microsoft security stack knowledge; scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python).

Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle deployment, steady-state operation, and measurable security control effectiveness.

Technical fluency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), infrastructure security (network, endpoint, IAM), identity architecture, and automation.

Experience working with US-based leadership and managing security teams across multiple geographies and time zones, with strong program management skills.
