Own infrastructure planning, capacity management, performance optimization, and environment lifecycle management while ensuring security, compliance, and availability.
Act as senior escalation point for critical infrastructure issues, driving root cause analysis, and collaborate globally to maintain platform reliability and support.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience managing and leading DevOps teams.
12-18 years overall DevOps experience including performance tuning, application upgrades, and CI/CD tooling support.
8 years experience with Docker or similar container technologies and 6 years with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise-scale customer-hosted/on-premises infrastructure and Kubernetes-based platforms with platform upgrade and disaster recovery leadership.
Skilled in collaborating directly with customer Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams in complex enterprise environments.
Proficient with cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform), and database administration in hybrid/on-prem environments.
