Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle HCM Cloud including incident resolution and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams.
Maintain and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and manage upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts.
Operate in a 16x7 ITIL-based support environment including on-call and rotational weekend support to ensure continuous service availability.
Minimum Requirements
7-11 years of relevant experience; 4+ years specifically in developing and maintaining integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware.
Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, security, and quarterly releases.
Experience working in an ITIL-based 16x7 support environment with on-call and rotational weekend support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud with end-to-end knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent domain processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration and production issues in a multi-stakeholder environment with ITIL practices.
Experience with global implementations, payroll operations, ServiceNow, and compliance requirements preferred but not mandatory.
