Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications including document intelligence, knowledge management, and automation.
Build and implement applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions and support their deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in AI/ML, software development, or related technical disciplines.
Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and hands-on experience with frameworks like OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
Experience with FastAPI, RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing enterprise-scale AI applications, especially with Large Language Models and agent orchestration frameworks.
Background or familiarity with engineering domains (HVAC, refrigeration, industrial engineering) and handling engineering data like BOMs, technical documentation, and PLM systems is a plus.
Capable of mentoring junior developers and driving technical leadership initiatives while collaborating across global teams.
