Drive product delivery for regulatory solutions including ESG reporting, regulatory filing disclosures, and financial filing packages such as Solvency II by managing product backlog and sprint planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external regulated financial institutions to understand needs and translate them into user stories and product roadmap.
Serve as subject matter expert for regulatory financial filing standards (e.g., XBRL, taxonomy mapping) and ensure tight integration within the broader EPM suite from data collection through disclosure and filing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
5+ years experience with agile software development practices and backlog negotiation with engineers and leadership.
Knowledge of XBRL and experience with financial regulatory compliance frameworks such as Solvency II, CSRD/ESG reporting, IFRS, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulatory financial compliance product ownership with strong technical understanding of filing standards and taxonomy mapping (XBRL).
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment, leading cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver complex financial regulatory software solutions.
Able to collaborate across multiple product areas within EPM, understanding interdependencies between planning, consolidation, reporting, and regulatory disclosure.
