Connectivity Quality & Operations Engineer

Lead technical triage, investigation, and resolution of production incidents and connectivity outages affecting connected vehicle services across international markets.

Monitor service health, analyze operational metrics, and proactively identify risks to maintain and improve connected services uptime and performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and external partners to enhance customer experience and support operational readiness for new features.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Systems Engineering, Business Operations, Operations Management, or related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience in Production Support, Product Operations, Incident Management, Site Reliability Engineering, Connected Services Operations, Technical Support Engineering, or Software Delivery Operations.

Experience with incident management, service monitoring, and operational analytics.

Work Type: Hybrid based in Chennai, India.

Experienced in connected vehicle services or related domains such as telematics, IoT, mobile app operations, or cloud-based applications.

Capable of handling end-to-end incident management including technical investigation, coordination, and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Skilled in data-driven performance monitoring and operational reporting to support service reliability and customer satisfaction improvements.
