Minimum Requirements
Proven software/data engineering experience, ideally in platform or infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java is a plus.
Deep experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Kinesis, Lambda, ECS, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, Step Functions, MSK, CloudFormation.
Location: Role based in Pune, India office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing or guiding small engineering teams with hands-on leadership style in platform development.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and on-prem Hadoop/Kubernetes environments.
Familiarity or prior exposure to financial services data needs and front-office developer workflows is a significant advantage.
