About This Role
- Manage implementation of data quality measurement programs for US retail consumer banking.
- Design, test, and validate data quality rules; identify critical data elements and ensure data governance consistency across systems and regions.
- Publish data quality scorecards and executive reports; investigate and resolve data quality issues and support audits with data evidence.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in data quality solutions, with at least 1 year in Banking Industry.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL; strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Educational qualifications include MBA, B.Tech/B.E. in IT/Computer Applications or related fields; Post Graduate degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or Management Science preferred.
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks, data governance, and data warehousing essential.

- Experienced in managing data quality initiatives in regulated banking environments, particularly retail banking.
- Skilled in analytical methodologies to identify trends and generate actionable business insights.
