Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years hands-on experience in data quality solutions, with at least 1 year in Banking Industry.
Proficiency in SAS and SQL; strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Educational qualifications include MBA, B.Tech/B.E. in IT/Computer Applications or related fields; Post Graduate degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or Management Science preferred.
Knowledge of data quality frameworks, data governance, and data warehousing essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing data quality initiatives in regulated banking environments, particularly retail banking.
Skilled in analytical methodologies to identify trends and generate actionable business insights.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex data issues to senior management.
