Own mission-critical internal databases and services ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness with detailed documentation.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience with proven technical leadership in scalable, distributed architectures.
Expertise in at least one systems or high-level programming language (Go, Java, Python, C++).
Experience developing and operating distributed systems handling substantial data volumes or millions of users with production-grade deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
Experience with large-scale distributed storage/databases (SQL or NoSQL) and building real-time complex data processing pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Snowflake, Databricks).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability in decomposing complex business problems and leading engineering teams to solve them.
Technical leadership experience driving design and operation of scalable backend systems supporting high request rates with four 9’s reliability.
Experience or strong understanding of real-time machine learning inferencing and agentic AI systems at scale, including building evaluation pipelines.
