Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), database querying, or statistical analysis.
Work Experience Required: At least 4 years experience in relevant analytics or ML roles.

Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years experience in full-stack development and deployment of production-ready machine learning and agentic solutions in complex environments.
Experience with autonomous or semi-autonomous agents including governance, logging, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Expertise in combining classical ML (e.g., time-series forecasting, tree-based models) with modern LLM/Generative AI tooling and observability for model performance monitoring.
