Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business, technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong skills in business and data analysis, process improvement, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in combining business analysis with hands-on AI/automation solution design and delivery, including prototyping and validating AI tools.
Familiar with Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Crime, Regulatory Reporting or related regulated domains, preferably in large organizations.
Able to manage cross-functional workstreams end-to-end and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
