Maintain and support global Business Intelligence platforms and products to ensure reliability and meet SLAs, including managing critical issue resolution.
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and BI technical teams for issue triage, resolution, and user enablement to drive adoption and business outcomes.
Collaborate across BI Demand, Product, Development, and Data teams to support platform stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years experience in data visualization development, BI dashboard creation, and SQL programming with complex datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization), SQL/T-SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake and cloud data architectures.
Strong data analytical, validation, and troubleshooting skills; experience maintaining BI platforms and meeting SLAs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating business requirements into scalable BI artifacts and integrating cross-functional BI architecture and data modeling.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse, global teams and communicating data insights effectively to various organizational levels across finance and sales domains.
Proactive in documentation, user enablement, and continuous platform performance improvement with knowledge of Microsoft BI stack and cloud-based data solutions.
