Monitor covenant compliance, conduct quality checks, manage process capacity, efficiency, and accuracy.
Support project scoping, client communication, resource staffing, workflow management, and MIS reporting for lending services.
Minimum Requirements
3-12 years experience in financial spreading and covenant monitoring.
MBA (Finance), CA (CPA equivalent), or CFA qualification required.
Proficient in advanced MS Excel and strong knowledge of commercial lending processes related to corporate loans.
Work location: Pune, India with work from office; notice period preference: 0-30 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with US-based banks or in a similar international finance environment is preferred.
Ability to manage end-to-end delivery including strict deadline adherence and client communication.
Skilled in credit principles, policies, regulations, and operational process management in lending services.
