Oracle Fusion Americas - IT Project Manager

Lead planning, execution, and coordination of Oracle Fusion Americas IT projects, enhancements, and support initiatives.

Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and communication across cross-functional business and technical teams.

Support governance, status reporting, backlog prioritization, and coordination with onshore/offshore delivery to ensure timely project delivery and operational stability.

7+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery leadership.

Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives such as enhancements, implementations, or production support.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including business process owners, technical teams, and vendor partners in a distributed delivery model.

Strong skills in project planning, risk and issue management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Experienced managing complex IT projects involving Oracle Fusion ERP within large, distributed, cross-functional teams.

Comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities across business and technical stakeholders with clear governance and communication.

Skilled in coordinating onshore and offshore resources and driving continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and operational stability.
