Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of experience in OTC functional analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion OTC processes and strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business impacts.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Experienced working closely with stakeholders to solve business problems within OTC operations.
Detail-oriented with structured approach to documentation, issue handling, and process improvements.
Comfortable operating in cross-functional teams supporting finance and technology integration, especially within Oracle Fusion environments.
