Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in OTC functional analyst, business analyst, or similar roles.
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion OTC processes such as order management, invoicing, receipts, and customer master data.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and their business impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating across business and technical teams to improve functional and process reliability in OTC operations.
Skilled at analyzing business requirements and supporting functional solutions with structured documentation and follow-through.
Comfortable working with system testing, change support, and operational issue resolution in a continuous-improvement environment.
