Senior Manager - Finance Analytics

Manage and develop a team responsible for financial analysis and reporting supporting a large, complex global business unit or finance function.

Lead complex financial analyses to influence strategic decision-making and drive alignment with corporate objectives.

Oversee compliance with accounting principles (e.g., GAAP), financial controls, and manage external vendor relationships (e.g., auditors).

Onsite work required, primarily from an HPE office in India.

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.

Typically 10+ years of experience in finance and 2+ years supervisory or project leadership experience.

Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and managing multi-country teams.

Experienced finance leader with demonstrated ability managing large teams and complex financial functions in a global corporate environment.

Proven skills in strategic financial planning, influencing senior leadership decisions, and driving process improvement globally.

Strong communicator and consultant capable of navigating cross-functional business initiatives and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
